The owner was very nice and waited for us with a complimentary basket full of regional goodies, the view surrounding the cabin was amazing (the pictures don’t do it justice), it was relaxing and quiet. The cabin itself was clean and cozy, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a bit chilly during our stay, but the heating system did its job and the stove in the kitchen was rustic and charming, but also warmed us up nicely. It was a 15 minutes car ride to the town of Wolsberg, where all the shops were and plenty of restaurants. The views on the ride were spectacular. We definitely wish to return, we had a great time.

Amazing stay! The room is so plush and has literally everything you could need (and then some). We were greeted by the most amazing and welcoming host who offered us an ice cold beer which we enjoyed on the private balcony with the most amazing view! Then you go into the huge bathroom with a jacuzzi tub (it's huge too). Then you sleep on the most plush bed and awaken to the view of the sun rising over the mountains. Definitely one of my most favorite stays ever. We should have planned to spend at least a couple of days. Definitely will next time!

The location is deep in the woods, accessed by a pretty steep road. It's advisable to have tire chains in case of icy or snowy conditions. However, it's a dream for anyone seeking to escape civilization and simply relax while taking walks in nature. The house is well equipped with all you need. Closest ski center is 20 min. ride. The guests were nice, even though they checked in unexpectedly later at 10 pm.
