We generally liked the whole experience! The property is situated in a small town with beautiful mountains all around. Accessability by car is great and it's quite close to many awsome places and hikes in the area. The appartment is well kept and well equipped. There's room for everyone and everything. You have your own parking space, your own entrance, access to the garden, you name it. And the best of all are the owners - exceptionally warm and friendly people, who really make you feel welcome.

Nice and cosy apartment in a quiet village. Well equipped. Very nice owner, however speaking only German. Everything was OK, we had a very nice stay. Proximity to skiing areas, however car is essential. Nice views on the mountains surrounding the house. All was perfect.

We spent 4 nights at a lovely hotel Sinnes Waldrast owned by family Fringer. The owners are very friendly, helpful and nice. The have a fantastic restaurant with great local cuisine. There is a plenty of choice for breakfast as well as dinner. On the first day, we asked for pancakes for dinner although they weren't on the menu and Mrs. Fringer made us the best pancakes in the world! We'll definitely come back as it was a great pleasure to stay at this lovely place.

Everything was perfect - quiet location, nice house, has everything you need. Owners are very helpful, they were open to all our requests. Great view from the garden and the garden itself is very beautiful. You can make fire both inside and outside which makes it very cosy place in the evening or during cold mornings.
