Fully equipped new and spacious apartment which comes with complementary snack and drinks, parking spaces as well as a dry room for ski and snowboard. Good fit for a party of 8 people. All the room in the apartment include kitchen, bathroom were very well organized. The owner was very friendly and flexible as we could checked in at 11:00am. ( off course depends on it’s availability) The location is not center of winter activities but we could reach to 2 popular ski fields both in 15 mins drive.

The property is richly equipped luxuriously, even a little more than usual for this type of property which is rented to tourists. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for permanent living and with quality appliances and a premium grade coffee maker. There is a walk-in closet, laundry room, master bedroom with bath, separate bathroom, separate toilet, 2nd bedroom with king bed and pull out sofa bed. The living room is spacious with clean design, nice smart TV large sofa and separate very comfortable armchair. The terrace is huge, the window frames are high quality, the windows overlooking the mountains also have external blinds with remote control. We were extremely happy with our choice - the place is very quiet, the town is peaceful, there is a great place to eat and a food shop nearby. The drive to areitXpress, Salzachtal Bundesstraße 22, 5700 Zell am See is 12-15 minutes and if that doesn't bother you the place is perfect for those wanting to practice winter sports in Schmitten and Kaprun
