We were surprised to find air conditioner in our room!! How pleasant on a hot day!! Considering the high hotel prices in Vienna, this guest room was really of good value - clean, quite, big, and modern. The location was certainly not at city center, but it doesn't matter a lot for us as we drove there. Sufficient private parking places.

The apartment is quite big, very clean, was perfect for us. The area is very peacefull. The garage is underground, it's spacious, had no problems there.
The apartment is a bit far from the center, but the tram is close, about 8 minutes away and runs really good, never waited more the a few minutes.
