We spent a great couple of days here, but it was a shame that the weather was poor on day two and we couldn't enjoy the lovely pool area. The room was very spacious and the bed was huge and very comfortable. The shower was hot and the WiFi worked very well for us. Breakfast was lovely and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. There were lots of nice touches, for example, leaving an HDMI cable connected to the TV is a simple thing, but it's the first time we have seen this. The views of the snow-capped Andes were spectacular. Parking was on site and secure.

The host provided useful information about things to see and alternate routes to better appreciate less trafficked routes with well paved roads.

(2) Prompt replies to messages. (3) Excellent daytime view from the patio--very relaxing to have breakfast there! (4) Location away from the center so no traffic noise at all but still walking distance to a small market and a nice restaurant (and 5 minutes closer to the national park!).
