It's opposite the beach. Free parking under the building was a bonus. We were greeted by our host on arrival, and WhatsApp open communication was very helpful. We arrived 30 minutes late but wasn't an issue and had the option of leaving at any time as the room was free the next day.

I have been here only for one night: I was invited with some relatives to a wedding party nearby, so we booked a double room and an apartment. Everything was beyond out expectations: the hotel is rather new (the activity started this year), rooms are well equipped and super-clean. The staff was very kind as well, and managed to satisfy all of our requests.
Besides the rooms, the surrounding garden is wonderful as well: there are some gazebos where you can take a coffee and chill out, and there is a playground for children as well. Plenty of parking is available.
Breakfast was included in our rate: sweet and salt options were available, with fresh coffee as well.
We also had a lunch there: food was good and service was fine.
I would definitely recommend this hotel; I will consider it again for sure in case I will organize again something around Lezhe.
