    the staff gave us free upgrade from the budget hotel to the 5 star hotel in the next building , moreover it was a chalet (Villa) with private car parking, which was totally great. and worth the long 3 hour drive from Dubai. everything about this hotel was on highest level

    Very clean, friendly professional staff starting from the very first minute I arrived to their parking to the last minute. Furthermore, truthfulness. My wife forgot her jewelry unlocked bag at the reception during our checkout, after an hour I got a call informing me that they found it and they kept it safe till next when we managed to send someone to bring it. Nothing lost not a single piece. I highly recommend Travellers from/to Saudi to have a stay here and enjoy the facilities and amazing services. Half-board is highly preferred.
