Guests can also find a gift shop and drinks vending machines on site. loved our stay here! the room was sooo spacious, more than enough room for 2 people. we really felt like we were having a true japanese ryokan experience. everything in the room, from the tatami to the bathroom was so clean and comfortable. the staff was very welcoming and they even came to pick us up from the train station! the front desk helped us with suggestions for different restaurants and called to make reservations for us, they were very accommodating. the onsen was sooo beautiful and really made our stay just perfect. the japanese breakfast was included and it was truly a work of art, every bite was delicious and a feast for the senses. we enjoyed their complimentary coffee while viewing the japanese gardens off the reception area, so relaxing. overall it was just wonderful and we couldn't have asked for anything better. oh and the staff also took us back to the train station after we checked out! would definitely stay here again.
