Featuring traditional Japanese hot springs known as ‘onsen’, these hotels allow you to take a relaxing soak in therapeutic geothermal waters. Traditionally, onsens were located outdoors but a number of hotels also offer indoor facilities for private or shared use. The healing properties of each onsen will vary depending on its location, with ‘kuroyu’ black water known for its positive effects on skin.
Inn is located just outside the ancient city. The location is quiet and not noisy. The inn is beautiful and Instagram able! Room is very clean. We booked a family room and it is very comfortable for 3 pax. Host and staff showed warm hospitality and helped us with our transport bookings!
Location is great. Full of eateries within walking distance from the hotel and is a short walk to Dali Ancient City. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They also gave advice on where are the nice places to visit and also help us book transport for day tour and to Liijiang. Hotel is very clean.
Very clean , comfortable beds , good hot water supply , yummy breakfast , having excellent view of the lake , a good place to rest and relax with warm and homely feels
Tan is a super helpful and friendly owner ,He provides pick up service from airport and train station . He even sent us to a restaurant

The hotel view is amazing， just at Erhai lake.The breakfast is very good.We can see the sea gull.And we have very good bike riding.The owner english is very good. we talk about a lot Dali culture history and food.The room is very large and very clean.The service is very good Absolutely we will come back again.
Although it's called Monster B & B, there was no breakfast, so we cooked our own, plus got stuff from nearby cafe/ The owner was very helpful carrying our suitcases up two flights. It was a reasonable walk down to the old city, about 15 minutes. The room was very clean and new looking.
-the location is close to Dali ancient city, so it’s very convenient but not noisy, and you can find mini supermarket, restaurants and places to rent E-bike to drive around Erhai Lake
-the host Mr. Gao, Ms. Wu, their staff and their two cats are very friendly and always willing to help and know your stories. Plus Ms. Wu cooks very well;)
-the room is very clean and big
-they offer self service free laundry on the rooftop where you also can watch sunrise and sunset
-they have free fruits and tea to share with everyone
The staff were awesome! They really treated us like friends, gave us a lot of advice and literally did our travel itinerary in dali.
The owner invited us to a tea ceremony and we had one of our best time in Dali with him.
The hotel is beautiful and calm, very clean and tidy.
The graciousness of the hosts was superb! We enjoyed a family style dinner and breakfast with our hosts, who cooked fresh local foods for us! The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The property is very lovely, with gardens and a hot spring pool that my kids enjoyed playing in all afternoon. This is a great spot if you are heading to or arriving from the Dali airport!
