The Swedish massage was very good. There is a Chinese restaurant which is quite nice.

Spacious, clean, accommodating and since Hilton took over from Novotel, the time of the check in process is less than half. Great improvement. The concierge is The Most Attentive and has always been like this. A true value.
The breakfast was fantastic, a huge variety to choose from and very delicious. I loved the facilities available, the pool was beautiful and refreshing. The team throughout Novotel are extremely helpful they all make you feel welcome. We definitely want to return whenever we revisit Bangkok.
Recommended! We are very satisfied with this hotel. It is a fairly newly built hotel, so according to the pictures. Everyone is super friendly. The location is very central. You can easily reach everything. The rooms are great for the price. Just a little dusty in such places. However, we can't complain. the breakfast is plentiful.
Bang average Novotel
I somehow double booked my room and the staff would not cancel one of my bookings and refund my money. That’s why I will never stay at the Novotel Hotel again. I got charged 2 times for the same room. The Hotel was outstanding and I would like to stay there again but I will never stay there again for that reason.

I hate the financial business strategy of this hotel. I had a 12 days business trip in Thailand and wanted to stay 3 nights in this hotel. The first night price was E.68,-. The second night was E.75,-. I wanted to book the third night and they wanted to charge me E.180,- for the same price. I did not book and choose a different hotel. I will advise our company group NOT to book any Novotel hotel anymore because of disgusting financial strategy.
Perfectly clean and comfortable room with a view of the sea and a balcony. The house is an old, tastefully renovated villa. Every morning a sumptuous breakfast tray was served according to our wishes. We could rent bicycles for free and my laundry was done at a very low price. The manager is very nice and speaks excellent English, her staff is ready to fulfil every wish. Thank you, Nam-ka, for your friendliness and gentilllesse! I absolutely recommend this charming guesthouse.
Very central yet quiet location (according to Khao San stardards). Nice little pool and different options for breakfast with reasonable prices. The rooms were light and clean, yet our room was quite small, which made it difficult to unpack.
