The Novotel Roma Eur is set in Rome's EUR district, within walking distance of the PalaLottomatica concert venue. All rooms have air conditioning, Wi-Fi access, and satellite TV. A free gym is available to guests and is open 24 hours a day. I was in Europe for 2 weeks and was at 7 different hotels. Novotel Roma EUR was the only hotel who provided facial tissues. Good for them! It was quite annoying that no other hotel provided them. It absolutely makes no sense. If toilet paper can be provided so can facial tissues.

Novotel Roma Est has a restaurant, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in Rome. 6 km from Via Nomentana and 9 km from Porta Maggiore, the property features a shared lounge and a garden. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. I have stayed at numerous hotels across Europe on business trips and the whole experience form arrival to departure was excellent. Multilingual reception team and staff in the restaurant made for a very pleasant experience. The menu choice was really good and the staff helpful. It is unusual to receive this level of service at a 'chain' hotel but having my sea bass skinned and filleted at the table was a very professional touch
Location was actually good. We loved apartment structure and we didn’t encounter any cleaning issue. Everything was enough according to price/performance balance.
The property was small enough that we felt cared for during our stay. The breakfast was good and self service was handy, meant we could eat according to our schedule for the day. Room was very clean and had everything we needed including plenty of space for luggage and comfortable bed.
I asked for two single beds but they were not prepared on arrival. They offer a larger bedroom with two beds instantly, which had someone else’s laundry in the drawer and dirty pillows. Despite all these and more inconveniences, the staffs at front desk were sooooooooo KIND and responded promptly to fix the issues. Grazie mille to them! The front desk staffs should get paid more!!! Comfortable, clean, has everything you need. We checked in independently according to the instructions, which was very convenient. Our favorite area is Trastevere. Train Station is a 10-minute walk. From Termini by bus H - 10 minutes. Bus stop next to the house. There is a cafe near the entrance where you can have coffee and cake in the morning.
They came to receive me at 21:45 without any extra charge according to the information given that you are allowed to check-in until 00:00. That was good, seeing how the situation is here in Rome. As I understand from reading the profiles of several ‘hotels’ in Rome, arriving after 18:00 is something that is penalized and not all of them even mention that fact explicitly. I think Booking.com should make clear that all information should be given in the profile, inclusive how much the place will charge in order to send someone to open the door.
The location was everything we had hoped for! Very close to the Rome Metro (Flaminio) and a few steps from the Piazza del Poppolo! Veronica was EXTREMELY helpful with all of our needs for our entire 4 day stay! The restaurant recommendations were EXCELLENT. She arranged to have our personal driver for the airport. Everything was according as advertised and then even better!
The location of the property is really fantastic, near the Vatican museums and also near a lot of bus stops for easy transport. The room was clean and nice and everything was according our expectations. The balcony was very cute. The host was really friendly and helpful.
All excellent and according to the description.
The apartments are very comfortable and clean. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, special thanks for the availability of coffee, salt and sugar. Quiet area, away from noise and crowds of people. You can get to the center of Rome by two buses, which run according to the schedule that we looked at on Google (we had no problems with public transport in Rome).
