Nouveau Siècle Convention Centre is 200 metres away. Excellent staff, Antoine was very helpful! Location was quite and in a perfect spot close to train station and the walking paths of the Citadelle

It was nice apartment. Close to center and train station. Very calm area. It was option to set heating according to individual needs. The flat has all utilities that are needed for cooking. They have even blender. There is oven, cooking area and microwave. The bed was comfortable.
The staff were amazing, we went to the wrong novotel at first, but the person on reception rang us a cab, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
Good location and usual service from Novotel which is always pretty good
Breakfast was OK. Eggs were prepared accoriding to our wishes. Nice and central location of the hotel.
Very pretty mansion in a nice and secluded setting. All rooms named and lovingly decorated according to different cities. Modern bathrooms, great breakfast and dinner, classic game room, large backyard and - above all - wonderful hosts. The perfect place next to Bergues.
We were delighted that the property was able to find oatmilk for us in accordance with our request - it is so hard to get vegan milk in France.
Although we were scheduled to arrive late at night after the reception closed, we contacted the hotel as instructed and were given the passcode - all went according to plan and we were able to access our rooms.
Hotel has improved since it took over from Accor.We have had two previous poor experiences, but this time , the room, service and food were excellent. The position of the hotel is excellent.
This is a nice little hotel . Now Accor have given up on the Coquelle project you might have thought Accor would invest in this place but so far no sign of that
This is a value hotel, so I'm reviewing it accordingly. The location was great, right in the centre of the old town. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. However the lighting could be better. The only other issue was the shower in the bathroom wouldn't stay upright. The reception staff didnt understand English but were friendly. I didn't take the breakfast option but due to the central location, there were quite a few eateries around. The pub down the road was particularly good.
