Room was very clean and staff always made sure everything was clean for next day.

The location was fantastic, right at the center, 5-8 minutes walking distance from the majority of the important sights (Topkapi, Agia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar). The room was very clean and the beds are comfortable. The wellness & spa facilities offer a pleasant relaxing experience. The staff was super polite and helpful. The breakfast is out of this planet, it is rich and has very big variety, everybody will find something according to their taste.
The staff is very good. The guy who was at the reception helped us with all our needs. The room was clean, although small, according to the low price. WiFi works well.
It was all clean and new, bed was comfy and the stuff is friendly. They gave us the transportation card for our stay, the shampoos etc. was supplied according to the needs.

this is my sixth time i stay in Novotel. the location is strategic, all the staff are very friendly and helpful, they try to accommodate your needs as much as they can.
I would like to thank the entire staff team. In the beginning, I stayed in a room that was not according to my desire, and two days after informing the management, a free upgrade was given to my reservation for the rest of the period. I thank the distinguished manager, I do not know her name, and I thank Brother Alan and the kind Ali, distinguished work team. This is my second stay in the hotel, and I will repeat the visit.
