Hotel staff is friendly, rooms are clean and had enough space for our family of four and luggage. Great location if you are using the hotel as a starting point for exploring Paris by metro, and arriving by train to Gare de Lyon. There were no waits at breakfast and service was quick and prompt. Bar staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Perfect location, room and toile/shower recently refurbished. This is Paris so you never gonna get a massive room anywhere, so size is according to Paris standards.
The location is incredible, the staff is professional, room was clean, bathroom was spacious, in just a few words, I liked everything about my stay here.
L’Ouest Hotel also helped me stay less anxious when going out in the city, knowing that there are no possibilities in which I could lose my room key, as according to their policy, you need to leave your key with the lovely staff, whenever you’re heading out.
All was according to the pictures and descriptions. Perfect localisation close to the Metro station and a lot of cosy shops and caffès, especially among Randez vous street. Very polite and helpful Owner.
Modern and clean! The location was near to Champs Elysee and there are plenty of shops nearby. The host is very kind and friendly, lets us check in early and check put a bit later according to our flight.
Very comfort place to stay... Nice and clean apartment. Large balcony... Here you can live like a Parisian while visiting Paris 😉

We parked in garage at Novotel Hotel, that is maybe 5min of walk...
If I can, I always use Novotel hotels in Europe, and they always meet expectations - so did this one. Breakfast had a wide variety of items, including a range of French cheeses, with a separately exposed gluten free food (some in my family are celiac, so we really do care). Being close to the Gare de Lyon is extremely convenient - we left the hotel in the morning for next leg of our skiing trip by train - and we were there!
Considering its a Novotel hotel, the experience was standardized which is good because it matched the expectations. However, I must mention 2 employees on the front desk - Yousra and Sako who went out of their ways to make us feel comfortable. We need more brand ambassadors for especially for international travelers like us.
Absolutely loved our stay at this Novotel Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is a bit far out from the tourist attractions but has a lot of great restaurants, cafes, and shops in the surrounding areas. If you don't want to walk a lot, the metro is super nearby (7 min walk), which connects you to the rest of the city. However, walking to the Eiffel Tour is only around 30 minutes and you pass lots of beautiful streets & local shops, so would recommend it!
