Staff delivered exceptional service, smiles and went out of their way to ensure our trip was beyond expectations! Tommy, Cruise manager, and Jack, restaurant manager, were truly service-focused! The room and balcony were perfect 🤩 Transfers to/ from Hanoi were very comfortable - made a dreaded few hours on the road fly by :) Food and activities were amazing! Beautiful trip all around! If I could, I'd put 9.5 on the review 1.The best price/quality 2. The best staff, very open, very helpful and speaks good English 3. The location is close to the beach (10 mins walk) 4. It was a bit cold and AC heating worked in the rooms, so it was comfy to stay and sleep there 5. Breakfast are good 6. Wi-fi is quite okay, as I work remotely, it was important 7. The food for lunch and dinner is really good and for reasonable price 8. Room service daily 9. Somehow all the guests were very considerate, weren't loud after hours
The room is clean, the staff is very enthusiastic in serving and giving instructions. If I have the opportunity to come back, I will still use this service. The motel is in the center, the view is very beautiful, I hope if you have the opportunity, you will renovate it to make it more beautiful.
Nicely designed boutique hotel. Well located. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice restaurant (mostly western food) with excellent pizza and good coffee. Friendly and helpful staff

I originally booked two nights at Seoul Motel and extended it another five nights. Very friendly and helpful family run business, from booking trips lovely breakfast included my stay was hassle free. Great value and very clean. Highly recommended 👌
Beautiful and modern motel. Easy access and helped out with anything we asked. We celebrated our daughter's birthday while staying there and the staff really made an effort to make it special for her.
