The staff, the location. We did not actually stay at sea side The motel was under renovation. We stayed in an alternate accommodation, but the staff was so polite and nice that we dis not mind any inconvenience

Great service. I had to cancel the second night due to the time on the road in a snowstorm and the owners agreed. They are very hospitable, polite and honest. Cozy place, comfortable, quiet room. Beautiful hotel well located near the sea and restaurants. Delicious breakfast.

Loved the location (close to Acadia) and the staff did a wonderful job correcting an online mix-up in the reservations. While the bookings were not close together and one of us had to use a different motel the first night, our experience was a good one. The staff went our of their way to find new accommodations for one of us when the second room was not available the first night and made certain it was OK for the second.
Motel is an older facility. But clean and well maintained. Procedures for check-in, breakfast bookings, requests for fresh towels/other items (in place of daily housekeeping), check-out are well organised. Breakfasts were delivered punctually.

The facility was well-maintained and adequate for a motel in town. The price was too high for the motel. Breakfast was okay but hot eggs and protein in the meal would be very much appreciated. Good staff and very clean.
