We spent only one night in that hotel, but we really enjoyed our stay.
There was no problem with late check-in, we arrived around 10 p. m. There was a parking spot so we didn't have to think where to park a car. The room was very clean, with water,kettle, tea, towels and terrace. Breakfast was great.
That quiet and green area is a perfect place to relax.
Moreover, if you want to spend some time on the beach, it is very close to the place where for sunbed you will pay only 25 TL/day - it's cheap and the sandy beach is very clean (be careful there is more than one beach close to the hotel, so choose wisely).
We will definietely come back. :)

Small hotel with super location at the town centre, just on the street across the marina, 1 minute walking distance to the restaurants, shops, supermarket and taxi stop, clean, comfortable, quite rooms, very helpful, kind and professional staff, good breakfast. No car parking lot but there is free parking space on the street, in front of the hotel. Thank you from very happy customers.
As my husband said... when we first entered the hotel: this is not a hotel, but a motel. This is actually true. The hotel is overrated... I don’t know how. We were very disappointed and this spoiled the overall impression of Bodrum.
Really nice&new designer area with free parking and positive personnel. Nice pool for kids and adults. Quiet, but in the city center.
The only thing I regret about this place was not asking the name of the host. Except for that it was an exceptional stay. The rooms were so beautiful 😍. The food was exceptional. Everything was so close to the motel. The hosts are amazing. Definitely worth every penny❤️
Great location = 4 minutes walk to sea. One of the best bays in Bodrum peninsula. Spacious flat with full kitchen equipment including cooled drinking water dispenser. A/C worked well. Very good dining options nearby recommended by Owner. Supermarket and free parking 400 meters from flat.
Awesome stay here, highly recommend. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. Pool was great with the heat. Free parking on the street, easy to walk down to the street to grab food. Would visit again.
Nevertheless, the price is absolutely not justified. The room was run down, the walls were dirty, the bathroom was a disaster, everything was literally falling apart. Somehow acceptable for single travelers without pretense, otherwise you can compare it with a motel room from the worst highway trash movies. The only positive thing was the staff, which was very friendly.
Location close to city centre (10min) and restaurants/markets, facilities (including free parking in front of the entrance and pool), clean big room with nice bathroom, nice international self service breakfast, quietness and friendly staff.
