Location, owner was very friendly, family owned, good size appartement. Owner said he would look into airco ( without me saying anything about it). Price was good for location (Cote d'Azur in summer) but objectively to high for what you get.

One of best motels we ever been. We had to go suddenly from Barcelona to Monaco, and it was the only place with fair prices for the start (F1 racing weekend rocketed prices up around), ending with acceptance of quite late check-in. Gisele, the owner, made us smile from the very beginning. Comfortable and clean rooms with a small terraces, working A/C and hot water for the shower, that was all we needed to have a great time over there. The location is perfect, nice and quiet, and in the middle between shops at the market square and busy beach bars/restaurants. 5-10 minutes of walk and you have everything you need. The location is incredible, easy to access, and has a comfortable free parking option. We didn't meet with Fernando, but he's very supportive and helpful. The instructions are clear, and we had no difficulties checking in. Also, we asked a little bit early check-in, and he helped us. Strongly recommended and I will definitely want to stay again
Breakfast was superb. So many choices, fresh fruits, delicious cheeses, good breads. Good coffee
We appreciated the cleanness and the location since it is 5 min from Mougins and 15 min from Cannes, free parking always available and free wi-fi was very fast
The appartment was well equipped, it had everything we needed, even an Italian coffee maker that made good coffee. The washing machine was really useful. The host was very welcoming and helpful.
Great location, just back from the Promenade des Anglais. Quiet at night. Loved the decor. Small room but had everything we needed. Spotless bathroom and good quality toiletries. Nice breakfast buffet, good coffee! Friendly staff.
The apartment is cosy,lovelly and perfect for a couple...location was perfect,nice terrace with lovelly plants,no noise at all what more????the free parking is a gift off GOD...saves u a lot off money and Mr Pascal is the best host ever...friendly very good humor and so helpfull...we wich that all the hosts would be like him...we will come again for sure Tony and Monique
The family who run this hotel are lovely and extremely helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The optional breakfast at 12 euros was very good quality and value for money. The hotel is centrally located with free parking very close by.
Great location and clean and comfortable. Free parking less than 5 minutes away, and everything is walkable. Hosts were very pleasant and helpful and gave us lots of recommendations regarding good (and bad!) restaurants. Breakfast was great too!
Location is amazing. Multiple hiking paths literally outside the hotel. Easy to get to Eze by foot. Amazing views from the mountains around. Very helpful staff. Free parking in front of the hotel. Would love to come back to explore the surroundings.
Great, friendly host Daniel! He has been very flexible and helpful from the start (booking) till the very end of our stay. When we were already off on the road to our next destination! Appartment is lovely, located right at beach boulevard. We have spend both mornings at beach looking at sunrise. Free parking very near, and public transport right in front if appartment. Thanks for having us Daniel!
