Comfortable bed. Refurbished older motel. Nice to park by our door and have poolside courtyard out the patio door. Walked to a few great eating places. Quiet area. Felt safe and secure. Full size appliances. Location was a short drive to the pier and Caspersen Beach. We went to look for sharks teeth. Would stay again if coming for shark teeth and a short stay. Pool was lovely and warm.

It was an old motel situated alongside the highway and looks worn down form the outside. Inside not much better, it smelled musty and although it had signs of recent decoration the kitchenette had no utensils at all, no knives, forks plates or cups. Although a couple of paper cups for the coffee machine. Parking was a breeze at your door but there was not a feeling the area was safe.

It is right on Tamiami trail, but not noisy at all. Beautiful pool and courtyard. Wonderful bistro attached to property. Voted best business for breakfast several years running. Within 10 min of three beautiful beaches. Really nice rooms in renovated ‘old Florida’ motel. All floors are wood-like or tile, so no musty smell from old carpets. Extremely clean.. Cheerful front desk.

The staff, especially the owner, was very nice. They were remodeling and understandably there were some noise and materials in the parking lot. We have stayed at this facility several years ago and the updated rooms are a major plus. This is a Motel 6 and not the Hilton, so you get what you pay for, but to be near family for several days - it was good. My husband and grandson even went in the outdoor pool several times.

We stayed at this motel a few years ago and loved it however everything changed. The room was filthy. We will not be staying there again.
