The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are old, and in need for updating. But they were clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable . The pool area was kept clean. There was plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella tables to sit and enjoy by the pool and grounds. Also there was always a staff member around if one needs something. The restaurant next-door was very reasonably priced and had a warm friendly staff. There were 2 restaurants in walking distance for dinner dinning. Due to allergies we needed a NO PETS motel.

Cute little old fashion motel. This place could be a GEM if managed better. Older couple. Son and grandsons. They need to clean up the outside a bit, hire professionals for cleaning and repairs, use a laundry service. This place could be a 10/10 motel. Excellent location, very reasonably priced. Friendly owners.

Scam posting. Real owner of property lists the house on airbnb, not booking. Could not get in the house the night of stay. It was a nightmare. Booking put us in motel 6, which was also a nightmare

Room was neat and tidy, comfortable bed, nicely removed bathroom. Parked right outside our room, nice pool on the inside courtyard of motel. Swam at night and in the morning at the pool, it was heated and it was the perfect temperature. Close to everything in Venice.

Comfortable bed. Refurbished older motel. Nice to park by our door and have poolside courtyard out the patio door. Walked to a few great eating places. Quiet area. Felt safe and secure. Full size appliances. Location was a short drive to the pier and Caspersen Beach. We went to look for sharks teeth. Would stay again if coming for shark teeth and a short stay. Pool was lovely and warm.
