We loved the style of the Motel! Everything was VERY Clean and very thoughtful put together! The room size was perfect just what you need for staying 1-2 Nights. I can understand critics of the height of the shower head, that was very low but manageable, I would have preferred an updated AC unit as the one we had was pretty loud and didn’t cool the room enough down.
The pool was very clean and was a perfect use of the hot day in Gatlinburg :) all in all a perfect stay!

We stayed here for the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. This is the perfect location due to being on the strip and also easy access to the LeConte Center. Excellent value for the money.
Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
The room was cute and as pictured. Has the feels of a newly renovated boutique motel. Plenty of towels, washcloths, toilet tissue, shampoo and conditioner. Beds and comforters were comfy. All communication was done via text.
Nice quiet location at the end of town, away from most of the shopping area but only a mile or so down the road. We have stayed there the last 2 years while attending an event in Maryville, 30 minutes away. There were only a few other rooms rented each time, the place hasn't really caught on although many of the Townsend motels showed No Vacancy on their signs. We will continue to stay there as long as the pricing stays what we call reasonable.
The property was clean. It was close to restaurants, shopping, and NPS areas. There was a black-top path through the area that was right in front of the motel for walking, running, or biking.
I loved the friendly and knowledgeable staff, the room was bigger than I expected for an older motel, it was spotless and the location was perfect-away from the busy tourist areas but close enough to get to everything. It’s right outside of the Great Smoky Mountains Park and had restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance. The views of the mountains were breath-taking.
