Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
Our two-night stay here was fine. The rooms fit us and our stuff. They had microwaves and mini-fridges. The beds were fine. The air conditioning and heating unit worked. We liked that there was plenty of lighting in the rooms (hotel rooms often don't have enough light). The bathroom was large and spacious. Everything worked and everything was clean. Breakfast was fine (same as most motels in this price range, but just a variety of cereals, fruits, and some juice and milk left in the room). The rooms met all our needs.
We like old style park at your door Motels. It was our style for sure. The bonus was it was completely redone recently. All new everything, comfortable beds and everything worked.
A quaint, slightly quirky motel, but fun and scrupulously clean. Would stay there again
The owner or host (Patty) was very friendly and helpful; she told us of a winery 2 miles down the road (unexpected in rural Nevada)
There was no hot breakfast, but the owner provided cereal, juice, milk, muffins, and donuts.
There was a porch outside where you could sit and watch the sunset
FYI- K7 pizza is next door; very good, especially the Garlic Supreme Deluxe
It was very close to exceptional as you would get in a 200 dollar a night motel...clean big rooms. Comfortable beds. That's what I care about...sometimes you don't get even that in big pricey rooms.
It is highly recommended by my wife and self.
Great value for money: clean, cosy, good beds and the owner waited for us even after official check in times. We have been in a couple motels: this was exceptional!!!
I recently had a lovely stay at K7 Bed and Breakfast just next to the Death Valley. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the park and catch the sunrise in the morning. The host was exceptional, very helpful and so kind. We had our breakfast packed for the morning, it felt like being at home! In addition, the room was really spacious, there was a free parking space, we had everything we needed. Highly recommended for a memorable stay near Death Valley.
It was one of the best Motels we had on our Roundtripp. Comfortable, clean and big room. Very friendly staff.
