Nothing, it’s like a motel. I never seen such bad service and also no one seems caring about the guest.

Breakfast was a great start to the day, and a bonus being included in the rate, as New York is a very expensive city nowadays. Nothing fancy but good coffee, juice, toast, muffins, etc. The room was surprisingly small but spotlessly clean with a great view of downtown Manhattan and very comfortable bed. Great housekeeping! Really appreciated coming back to a cleaned room after a day out.

Extraordinary cool Hotel, very friendly and helpfully team, a place where you feel welcome. The location next to Broadway, close to Times Square and Central Park is ideal for discover the city, also the subway is just around. Our room in the 10th floor was very quite. The breakfast with a very good coffee was excellent. Overall one of the best city-hotels I even was Many thanks to the team which made our stay in NYC excellent

Nothing, for the price and the location. It doesn’t make sense. I feel like I was in a motel. The only thing I got for the price it cost me, was a bed and a tv and a show , way less than what I would have gotten in a motel . Like a fridge microwave that doesn’t cost extra

The bedroom and bathroom are comparably large and very modern. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, offering eggs, cerials, bagels, fruits good coffee, etc. Definitively above the American average standard. They even have oatmilk. The location near chinatown, Manhattan bridge and the east broadway subway station is very good and one can walk to downdown / financial district in 15 minutes.

Perfect location. Good lounge at the Second Floor but not quite conducive for a business meeting. Too much music good for hanging out or when you’re remotely working, but not for a meeting.

Nothing. The room was completely different than photos. It felt like a motel with no stars.

It is nit a 4 star quality hotel at all! It is most likely a motel shape and quality! The manager was not nice abd helpful at all! We wanted to cancel our booking as soon as we entered the room but the hotel forced is to stay because they were going to charge us over $500 for one night stay anyways!
