    We did not have breakfast but the coffee maker in the room gave pretty good coffee. Room was spotless and had no odd smell. This motel was convenient to New Paltz and other Hudson Valley attractions.

    We're repeat guests and love the comfy rooms, friendly staff and pleasant breakfast room. This is a budget motel, but it's well run. The rooms are well equipped, and you can get most anything you need.

    For a complimentary breakfast, it was fine. And it was generous to allow for coffee or tea and snacks throughout the day. The staff were very friendly. We would be happy to return to this motel.

    Wonderful motel at a decent price. Close to town, and also close to the thruway. Everyone at the front desk was fantastic! Room was decent size. Every part of room, including bathroom, was spotless. TV got a great picture, and beds were very comfortable. We ended up staying there three times in a 5 week period, as we had to be in New Paltz on personal business.

    Spotless. Great location on the main drag betweeen Lowe’s on one hand and New Paltz Indian Restaurant on the other. If you are working on a job this is a good bet for easy, motel-style accommodations; checking on the truck was easy. Our room had a fridge which was super handy. Didn’t miss the coffee maker.
