the staff at the hotel are very accoodating we had a sudden change of plans and they re-boooked us no problem at all. They also recommended two great restaurants that are about a block away that had probably the best fish dinner we had in Florida during our 2 week trip. the beds are super comfortable, and the rooms had a small kitchenette. great views and location on Marco Island. exceptional value for money

    this is an old property In possibly the only sketchy party of Marco island. it’s had a superficial renovation but it’s truly a terrible place for what they charge. it’s a motel at best. the pool was yellow with holes everywhere on the deck. we did not let the kids swim in it. the walls were paper thin, every footstep and word from other rooms could be heard. the wifi did not work. the bedding for the pullout was dirty and the kids slept in their clothes.

    This was my second stay at the Boat House and it was just as nice as the first time. The rooms are CLEAN and the AC was cold. This place reminds me of an old school beach motel. It's walking distance to the Snook Inn Restaurant and close to where we needed to be for our shelling boat tour. We used the pool which is nice and enjoyed sitting on the dock. This is a great little place!

    Old, run down, pool not kept clean, location next to run down apts. It's like an old motel from the 60s. Bathroom very small. price was outrageous for area and room we had.
