    Booking.com booked us a room for the motel, but when we arrived we were told there were no rooms available. Desk clerk apologized and sent us to another hotel. Clerk said he did not know why Booking.com made the reservation since the motel was full.

    The owner mgr very friendly and helpful even let me see room first very nice rooms and was quiet no loud parties or roudy people best motel stayed at in a long time will be back again

    Breakfast practically nonexistant. Motel obviously was also a rent by hour. Toilet base was filthy. Microwave was antique.

    The street sign for Katie Road was not clear using Google or Apple Maps. We drove around and around trying to figure out the main entrance to the motel.
