Just off Interstate 96, this Howell motel is less than 5 miles from Kensington Valley Factory Shops Shopping Center and Livingston County Spencer Hardy Airport. A complimentary continental breakfast is served each morning.

I stayed here for one night due to the hotel being close to the location where I had business that day. It was more or less what the price tag already suggested so it met my expectation. For just a stopover for one night its ok but I would not recommend a longer stay. The staff was friendly and uncomplicated, the room was very clean.

Lansing Community College is a 10 minutes’ walk from this motel. The Opera House and Howell city centre are 3 miles away. Michigan State University and the University of Michigan are less than 40 minutes’ drive from this motel.

Everything was so clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff is so sweet and caring about their guests and will do anything for you. This is our 2nd time staying here for hearsefest and I will always come and stay here. They were understaffed and they management still made sure you got everything you needed. 5 stars 🌟
