Free Wi-Fi access and a flat-screen TV with cable are in rooms at the Falmouth Heights Motor Lodge. Each room is also equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator.

The motel is just a 5-min leisurely stroll to the beach and for those who prefer a pool - it's right there. The Black Dog cafe - right next to Motel - offers a great choice of breakfast and for those who want refreshing cocktails, a beer and a nice meal - go for "The Shipwrecked" right at the beach. Everything is conveniently located and to be reached on foot, including the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. I can highly recommend this place. There is free coffee at the reception between 8 and 10am! Us and our children wished we would have stayed longer.

Our stay at the Mariner Motel was a diamond in the rough. Classic "Can't judge a book by its cover"! This little motel has been totally updated (remodeled)! Every inch of the place is new and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was pristine. There were plenty of plug ins. Ample coffee. Bright lighting. New shower. EVERTYTHING IS NEW! You park right outside your room.

The Falmouth Heights Motor Lodge is our new go-to place when in Falmouth! The staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Our stay was made even better as we were upgraded to a lovely cottage. The Lodge is well situated with easy access to the harbour, restaurants, shopping and downtown Falmouth.

Can’t be any closer to the ocean and not be in the waves. And the renovation of what was obviously a little motel is impeccable. Beds were extremely comfortable. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean is amazing.

Loved the location and price. Staff very friendly and room was very clean. It's essentially a posh motel, it was a great experience and they have done a good job on it . We got upgraded to a sea view.

Despite being an older motel, the interior of our room was clean, in nice shape, and had what we needed for our 2 nights including a mini fridge and single serve coffee maker. Being located less than a 10 minute walk to the Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard, was a great bonus.

It was reminiscent of an old motor motel; but, very fitting for the community and very very clean with a staff that was over the top friendly and helpful.
