    I really liked that the Village Motel greatly exceeded my expectations. The price was very reasonable, especially since the Borscht Belt Festival was atrracting a crowd to Ellenville and rooms were in demand.

    Motel looks run down; our room however was nice and clean but people in town told us the motel is know. For bedbugs. We went out and got our own set of sheets to be on safe side. Looked like a homeless kind a person was living in the room next to us.

    The room was utilitarian but, compared with the outside of the motel, was very clean and appeared recently renovated. The employee I spoke with was friendly and accommodating. The price was great! It was close enough to the Bethel Woods Center for the arts that I could attend a concert and be in bed less than an hour after it ended.
