Location was awesome. Beach was close. Nice deck that faced the beach. Very nice boardwalks. Nice shops nearby. Access to the beach was great! Breakfast was close. Good eating all around the area. Rooms clean and nice size and housekeeping was amazingly nice.

    Staff are rude, arrogant and kicked my daughter out of her motel room and allowed a boyfriend to stay in the room whom didn't pay anything.

    The location and value were excellent. It was a no frills motel and priced just right, but everything was clean and in good working order. I was very happy with the experience. I would go there again and recommend to others looking for a good value.

    The location was convenient to the boardwalk and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The motel was beachfront and had a pool so there's that. Staff was friendly and check in was easy.

    The location was the bet thing about the motel. It was walking distance to everything - beach, restaurants, etc. And the owner of the motel was wonderful. Super friendly and very accommodating.

    This is an older motel that has been updated. Clean rooms are inviting, oceanfront view is wonderful and the staff very friendly. Two buildings make up the Golden Sands property. One building has an indoor pool, the second building has an outdoor pool. We had a king bed room with a refrigerator,microwave and two small sofas. The room had a balcony in which to sit and enjoy the ocean view. Would definitely stay here again. Very pleased with our stay
