    The location was easy to access and was close to our relatives' home. The breakfast was good, comparable to most motel continental breakfasts. The manager was excellent, very friendly, was clearly visible around the building when he wasn't working the desk. I think this was reflected in the other staff. The maid who asked if we wanted our room serviced was also very friendly. We were in town for a wedding so we didn't spend a lot of time at the motel but the staff is what set this location apart for me.

    I might as well have stayed at a Motel 6. Beds aren’t made anymore (I was not told that they only make beds every other day). I DO NOT SLEEP IN UNMADE BEDS!!!! If I have to make the bed, Then why am I staying in a hotel??!! $200+ a night and no service. My favorite hotel in Bloomington/Normalbut I will NEVER be back. Heartbreaking!!!!

    The motel was clean, just needed to have some updates made. We stayed in a king size bed room. The bed was awesome!

    I had read reviews which reported that, although the exterior appearance of the motel was unimpressive, the rooms were clean, comfortable and well-equipped. (We were especially appreciative of the refrigerator in ours because of my wife's medical condition.) We found those reviews to be accurate.
