A new and well-equipped motel in a central place of Alamosa. It is equipped with everything you want for a one night stay. Unfortunately we missed the breakfast, so I cannot refer to that but it is a good point that they offer continental breakfast.

Staff was great. Easy check in. This motel has been doing improvements which you can tell by the exterior and interior. This is a small indie motel, with a small staff. They do great without corprate backing. Give em a try!

the motel is decent, better than Motel 6. Breakfast was edible, not fancy, not enough fruit. Coffee sucked.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and competent. Location was perfect for us for visiting Great Sand Dunes NP. It’s about a 30 minute drive to the park gate. Free breakfast at Valley Cafe, which is attached to the property, was excellent! Basic motel like setting. Rooms were spacious, excellent water pressure in the shower.

Nice getting a hot breakfast in the morning. The room was very clean for an older motel, nothing fancy but great for a one night stay.
