    This is my fourth time stopping in Lake Tekapo on my way from Christchurch to Glenorchy. For the location and value, I would choose this motel over the two others where I've stayed in Lake Tekapo. This one was quieter and cleaner than the other two.

    We liked the location and free parking on site. We liked how modern the room and bathroom was. The views from the room are beautiful. The tv with Netflix is a nice bonus.

    During our 8 week tour of NZ (staying in 23 different motels), this was one of the two best rooms we stayed in. Great view of the lake with outdoor seating. Very good up to date facilities in the room with very nice feature of wooden sliding doors around the bedroom area.

    Ours was a fairly standard motel room looking over a carpark/gravel road to beautiful Lake Tekapo. Quite comfortable and the BBQ across the car park had a great view. Well presented in an older-style way.
