    Ours was a fairly standard motel room looking over a carpark/gravel road to beautiful Lake Tekapo. Quite comfortable and the BBQ across the car park had a great view. Well presented in an older-style way.

    We had a 2 bedroom motel room and the facilities were great for a 2 night stay. It was close to the town centre and the stargazing /hot pools. We had a lovely view of the lake.

    Convenient location close to town. About a 20 min walk to the center of town, 5 min to the lake. Air conditioning available although did take some time to cool the room given the full glass windows and intense sun of New Zealand. The host is very easy to communicate with and friendly. There was free parking. The room was spacious and clean.

    The location was perfect, we could see the bay outside the window. The bathroom was great, really spacious with a large shower, just what we needed after a long day on the road.
