Offering luxury, self-contained accommodation in the small sea-side town of Kaka Point, this property is surrounded by an abundance of wildlife, living in their natural habitat, including Fur Seals, Sea Lions and the rare Yellow-Eyed Penguin Colony. You can awake to views of the spectacular coastal scenery.

The location was perfect wonderful views over the bay. Lots of extra little touches which made it special. We thought it was going to be our last visit to Catlin's being in our 70's but after this superior accommodation we shall return.

    Well appointed apartment motel clean & tidy. The jack and Jill bath room very handy for us. Shower exceptional - great water pressure. Cozy, heated in minutes once heat pump was turned on. Kitchenette was useful, small induction hob & powerful micowave.

    We booked a motel room with view over nugget point and have to say the view didn’t disappoint! We were made aware that there are no facilities (petrol stations) and restaurants open on Sunday, which we very much appreciated!

    The motel was near the beach and the local restaurant. It was spotlessly clean with thoughtful provision of toiletries and also milk, tea and coffee. The location was peaceful with a tranquil atmosphere.
