Clean room, comfortable bed, shower has glass partition, public dining area good for meals and working remotely, close to restaurant options (we liked Best Foods for inexpensive rice and curry). Shared fridge and microwave for reheating. Close to local bus stops. Internet pretty good.
Motelvip is one of the most beautiful place we found in Sri Lanka. The rooms are spacious with a large bathroom and A/C. Nicely decorated and soft beds.

The property was excellent. Very clean and pleasant place to stay. Having a gated entrance was good also. The Fab Bakery downstairs serves good coffee and food and was a bonus.

Well located hotel with not very big but very clean rooms, as well as the bathrooms. We didn't try the breakfast because on the ground floor of the building, there is a cafe with sandwiches and very good coffee
The Hotel did really exceed my expectations. The room had a great view, it was very tidy. The rooftop infinity pool and bar has an outstanding view. Everything was clean and the breakfast was very good with local and international food! The hotel is located in a good spot. We had an rental car, there is a free parking lot included. The gym was also very nice and brand new!
The location worked perfectly for me, allowing for easy family visits while maintaining my own place to stay. The food was great, at both the buffet and the Fishery restaurant. It is a nice quiet place for family as well as those looking for a quiet getaway and to work remotely.
