    Very nice motel, very nice rural setting and lovely pub/restaurant. Sadly we had to leave very early in the morning to catch a flight, but we will be back for sure!

    Owner was really welcoming and super helpful with where we could eat in the evening. Breakfast was freshly cooked in the morning and earlier than normal for us as we wanted to get on the road

    Great location on Ashby High Street with parking available on the road outside 6 pm - 9 am. Our room was a good size and very clean. We stayed on a Monday night, so we had a drink on the way out, but the bar was shut by the time we returned around 11 pm (so no nightclub on a Monday night). Overall it was clean, very reasonably priced and in a great position, so we would definitely stay again.

    Location was ideal for an overnight stay to break up a long journey. Didn't stop for breakfast as we wanted to get on the road as early as we could. Room was quite small but fine for our purpose.
