Located in the 12th district of Paris, Motel One Paris-Porte Dorée provides a garden and an on-site bar. The property is located a 6-minute walk from Porte Dorée Metro Station, 4 km from Opéra Bastille and 6 km from Notre Dame Cathedral.

The hotel itself seems renovated or recently built. Nothing inside felt aged or old. The room exceeded our expectations, its size was just fine. The beds was super comfy and wide. Air conditioning worked great and is fully adjustable. Sound insulation was exceptional. The toilet is decent too, with soap, hair shampoo/shower gel and a plenty of towels changed daily. There are no wardrobes, just embedded shelves but it wasn't much of a problem. There was no fridge or minibar in the room. Wi-Fi in the room and the lobby was extraordinary. The breakfast was a good value for money. You get high quality coffee and juice options, delicious crossaints and other pastry, three types of cheese, fruits, boiled eggs, cereal, yoghurt etc. Don't look for bakeries in the neighborhood. The location isn't in the center but the Porte Dorée Metro station is 3-4 minutes away. With the Metro Line 8 you can get just in front of Champ de Mars (Eiffel Tower), and it also crosses through the 1st and 2nd arrondissements.
