Front desk staff was super friendly, and he told us about nearby restaurants and what places were best. The room was very clean, not a stain or spec of dirt in sight. The beds were extremely comfy. No odd smells, and the ac unit does a great job of keeping the room cool during the heat. Location is great within walking distance of almost everything and a pub right next door open late with very good food. Rooms were quiet and could barely hear cars outside. Overall, it was a great place to stay in sechelt.

Although I miss the old Blue Sky Motel I was very impressed by its new “Oceanside Villas” update. Very appealing design and update.

This is a newly renovated motel, close enough to Sechelt that you can walk there for coffee or dinner. However, you don't need to, because there's a great pub and restaurant looking out over the bay next to the motel. The facilities were great, with a good size fridge in the room and decent beds.

Considering a hot season and the last minute to book it was ok. The property is located in a quiet place, the beach access is across the road, but since the house is located on a high hill we preferred to drive 4 km back to the city and stay on the beach down there near to the shopping center, eatery, and a plenty of a free parking. The best thing for this property is a huge patio with the ocean view.
