Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Motel Saint-Jacques is situated in Montréal, 5 km from Saint Joseph's Oratory and 6 km from University of Montreal -UdeM.

The rooms in the motel are equipped with a TV.

This is a low budget motel used by locals as well as repeat travelers. Though the facilities are not luxurious the room was clean and everything worked well - TV, bathrooms, hot water, wifi, good parking space, etc. What made the stay unexpectedly good was the warmth and kindness of the owners. They gave me good suggestions for dinner places nearby, helped me with my luggage and were very friendly. Also it is in a safe residential neighborhood

Auberge St. Jacques is 10 minutes’ drive from Montréal city centre and 15 minutes’ drive from Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport. Free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking are offered.

A 24-hour front desk service is offered at this motel.

I don’t know what kind of mess Booking.com has in their systems, because we booked the motel from September 3rd to September 4th (and not from September 2nd to September 3rd). Be that as it may, we were positively surprised that the staff was willing to postpone the checkout time, as we were running late.

The motel sits near the edge of the River St-Laurent and a until midnight front desk is available for guest convenience at the Champlain Motel. Free parking is offered.

The property was tastefully decorated and appeared to have a complete reno! Everything was new. I loved the modern design. The bed was very comfy and the room had beautiful shower! Loved that the room also had a bigger mini fridge and a microwave! Perfect for travellers. The location was in a great area as well. Right off the highway! There was a park right down the street for walking and admiring the beautiful Montreal Skyline and bridge!

Looking for a motel?

Both travelers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help make check-in quick and easy.

For the price (relatively cheap for Montreal standards) I cannot complain. OK, it is not new and it can be seen, but everything worked, beds were fine, hot water running, wi-fi working, quiet location, ample free parking.
