The View Torquay is located at the start of the world renowned Great Ocean Road. It is a 10-minute drive from Bells Beach and a 25-minute drive from Geelong.

Amazing place to stay - we used the bbq, played tennis and swam in the pool. Great hot water, nice view, great location, comfortable beds and helpful host. I wish we had another day to stay in town.

Good value for money, nice clean and tidy room. Showers were clean and hot. Just what we needed for an overnight stay.

    Good location near esplanade and eating places suited us fine for a one night stay. Friendly and helpful Reception staff. Easy free parking next to the door. Equipped with hot drinks, toiletries, fridge and air con.

    If you are wanting a budget family getaway in a clean environment, this is the place for you! Tropicana is an original motel from our youth, nothing fancy BUT it is clean, friendly and quiet in a great location for the beach. We've stayed more than once and will be back next summer, I'm sure. Perfect for a weekend away with the family.

    Easy to find - very friendly staff - super quick and easy check out .. the most comfortable bed I’ve had in a motel of this type before- once the Saturday night DJ finished - had the best sleep! Very close to beach and cafes for breakfast.
