The location is good. Central to shops and right on the Rye Pier. I would say the bedroom window lacks privacy and allows the light in from the building next door making it difficult to sleep. You have to close the blind during the day for privacy because of the large apartment block next door. The stairs are steep to the 1st floor. Cleanliness is O.K, not reflecting the cleaning staff but more the property could do with a freshen up. The fridge was noisy. I would stay here again but would ask for a different room.

Both travellers on the road and on a budget rely on motels for convenient stops with reasonable rates. Direct access to parking makes a motel an easy place to catch some sleep after a day of driving. The relatively smaller size of this accommodation type can also help to make check-in quick and easy.
The motel owner was very welcoming, room was exceptionally clean, parking was convenient, bed was super comfy, shower had excellent water pressure, and it was perfectly quiet at night. An excellent place to stay!
central to the region, bed very good and comfortable, room disappointing. Situated at Rosebud Golf Course but not run by the golf club. No breakfast or meals at the motel but the golf club had an excellent evening meal. Breakfast available from a cafe almost a kilometre away so BYO.

The resort is really a motel but was clean, spacious and good value for money in a popular destination. As golfers we were disappointed not to look out over the golf course but the country club was nice to visit for a drink and snacks.
This is the place to stay, nice and quiet even though on a main road. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The room was one of the cleanest I have come across in any motel or hotel. The staff are all so lovely, the groundsman and the housekeeping ladies were so kind. The manager was such a gentleman and talked about supporting other local businesses in the area. I will definitely stay here in the future.
