Perfect location near all attractions. Large, well decorated, clean and modern apartment. Loved the sauna and really appreciated the free parking space. We will definitely stay here again 😎
The apartament is located very close to the old city center (like 10-15 min. by walk) and is really nice inside. It’s clean, quite well equiped and perfect to stay for one or couple of nights. It’s at the ground floor with it’s own entrance right from the street, so there is no need to use any staircase or climb up the stairs with a luggage.
And one may park his / her car in front of the door or right behind the corner, depends of the free parking spaces in the street.
3 km from the Sturm Graz stadium (Merkur Arena) so "walking distance" and that was my reason for the visit. Far from the center (7 km). Free parking in front of the facility. A room with a kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave) and very good fast Internet (streaming of online platforms with no problem). Maintenance-free motel, i.e. password-protected key, so no one disturbs you. I would highly recommend!
Great location, comfortable and spacious, was perfect for a family of 4. There is a Billa near the flat and a very good coffee shop (also for breakfast).
Underground parking was very spacious with a lot of free parking spaces.
It was a good place to stay for 1 night, just to take rest during long trip by car. There was everything inside to prepare food for your self. Free parking on the territory of motel.
