Convenient for Victoria Coach station. Winston Churchill used to live a few doors further along (according to the blue plaque). Quiet enough (even with the window open).
For a one night stay while going to an event at Wembley - it is exactly what is needed. Good for a teenage family and if you don't want to stay in a hotel, but set your expectations accordingly.
The price and location were prefect. We did have issue with leak but was dealt with accordingly. Myself and my son come to stay, it was comfortable for the 2 of us.
Its a property with a well equipped kitchen So we could prepare kids and our meals according to our taste.. Supermarkets were so nearby and for its offices area no noisy times we experienced. Hot water was excellent. By the way read and watch the instructions video for toilet flusher ! Its working Just a bit tricky Unusual but good.. one of the best part of the story is the balcony reachable from the bedroom - THE TERRACE... Good for smokers and breakfasts in good weather..
Best stuff, very friendly and really nice stuff that cares their guests, according to my experience.
The apartment was double booked, according to the host this was the fault of Booking.com. The host found us a very nice alternative and even though we heard about this at a very late moment (right before checking in) the host was very helpful and communicated very well. Also checked in on us afterwards a couple of times to see if everything went well.
The hotel was close to the tube, both Paddington and Lancaster gate. Very good room and bathroom with a comfortable bed. The continental breakfast was according to expectations. Possible to store luggage both before and after checking out.
We have stayed in Mercure hotels before, all a bit quirky. This was the first time in London, also different and positive.Good location for transport, excellent room and helpful staff.
It was standard Mercure hotel
