I didn’t know that until I was in the shower and it was too late.

Mercure London Bloomsbury offers an all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast every day. Great location- big room (certainly for London) and nice staff. The breakfast was really good.

Just 2 miles from London Heathrow Airport, Mercure London Heathrow has a restaurant, with outside dining, and 24-hour front desk. It is just off the M4 motorway, and a 5-minute drive from Stockley Country Park. It was great, people was friendly, I slept like a baby!

Mercure London Hyde Park Hotel overlooks a peaceful garden square in the heart of Paddington, just a 2-minute walk from London Paddington Railway Station. A 20-minute walk from the popular shopping district of Oxford Street, it has a fitness room, a bar and cosy rooms with free high-speed WiFi access. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent location! Would recommend.

Situated less that a minute's walk from Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express, the Mercure London Paddington Hotel offers free WiFi and also has a 24-hour gym. Surrounded by restaurants and bars, the hotel is just a 26-minute walk from the Royal Albert Hall and 40 minutes' walk from ZSL London Zoo. Hotel is is an exceptional location next to Paddington Station. Given this, it was very reasonably priced. I did not have high expectations going in, but after going from the small lobby and lift to my room, I was astonished at how large and comfortable it was. There were lots of nice touches too like free chocolates and refreshments provided. Being used to tiny rooms at terrible prices, this was five star value. Breakfast was provided in an adjoining restaurant and provided a large choice. Overall, this is going to be a regular choice for me as a place to stay going forward. I would like to say an extra word too on the friendly and efficient staff. Overall - highly recommended.
