Very clean, modern and lovely hotel. our triple room has plenty of space, staff is very friendly. A shuttle bus to the Mont Saint Michel is right in front of the hotel. I didn't find any negative points staying in this hotel. Breakfast was also fantastic!! highly recommended.
Deauville
Located in Deauville town centre, this Mercure Deauville Centre is opposite the marina and 2 steps from the beach or the casino. Decorated in a modern-style, it features exposed beams and rooms equipped with a flat-screen TV, satellite channels and free WiFi. Very good hotel. Helpful staff. Nice rooms. Good location.
Granville
The air-conditioned, non-smoking guest rooms at Mercure Granville Le Grand Large are light and airy and some have a sea view. All rooms have satellite TV and a private bathroom with hairdryer and shower. Lovely view and service in Restaurant.
Trouville-sur-Mer
The Mercure Trouville Sur Mer is located in Trouville-sur-Mer, just 100 metres from sandy beaches and 120 metres from Trouville’s Casino. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi access and en suite. I had a wonderful stay with my son and dog .The position of hotel is perfect. All personal were very kind ,professional and helpful. The breakfast was great. I forgot my ring in bathroom and after leaving my luggage at reception and picking it up after long walk- they just gave it to my son . I am really impressed and very grateful because I even didn’t observed that it was missing. Thank you so much for the beautiful time and definitely we will come back !

Pleasantly situated facing the marina, 5 minutes from the city centre and pedestrian area, this Mercure hotel offers contemporary and elegant accommodation. Guests can use the on site fitness centre, free of charge. Great Location, great breakfast meals, great staff who went above and beyond to make our 30th Anniversary Memorable.
Port-en-Bessin-Huppain
Mercure Omaha Beach features a restaurant and a bar lounge with soft lighting and billiards table. It offers panoramic views over the 36-hole Golf Course and the sea, a swimming pool and wellness area. A charging station for electric cars is available at this property. The 2 Ladies at the reception desk were just so friendly and helpful the best we have meet for a very long time. I just wish we could have taken them back home to work with us in our business a great asset to have. The Hotel was probably one of the best we have stayed in for quite some time.
Honfleur

Front desk staff were superb -- especially Pascal who was exceptionally helpful and courteous.

The location was great, right beside pubs, restaurants and shops.
Maud, the Receptionist, had very good English, which was great for us as our French is very limited.
She was friendly, approachable and very accommodating. Thank you, Maud.

Hair dryer didn’t require to be requested, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and cleanliness and much better than many 3 star in Paris, this hotel is extremely affordable excellent and feels as good as Mercure Hotel room. Toilets in the lobby.
The location, a/c and staff. We were at hotel Mercure during a heat wave in September. The mosquitoes were out in force. We were thankful to stay in a room with a/c for a good nights sleep.
Veronique is a great host! She did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. It is great that she has a baby chair and a crib according to the request. House is new and clean! The village is beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay! Do not miss to try hazelnut nearby the house.

The bed was huge, the bar convenient & the car park good, and the chairs in reception comfortable. Well situated for the town. But all the central roads have roadworks and Accor have done nothing to help access when you find yourself driving all over town to find how to get in!
Great location, free parking at the Mercure once you have got into the main gate area of La Caserne with your provided access code. Very clean rooms, renovated , refrigerator, bathrobes and slippers provided. The hotels restaurant is Le Sal and it’s next door to the hotel - MUST book beforehand otherwise will not get in. Ate there one night and very nice food.
This is an exceptional property. Rooms were lovely. The gardens even lovelier. Breakfast was superb with a wide variety of offerings. Hostess was informed at time of booking about one of our party's severe food allergies and had adjusted accordingly without being reminded. Very short walk to Bayeux Museum and a great shopping/restaurant district. Loved the hostess. Trust me, she has thought of everything a guest might want or need!
We were warmly greeted by the hosts when we arrived and their hospitality during our stay was definitely an added bonus to staying in this beautiful location. The room was spacious for our family and had everything we needed. According to my kids, this was the best place we stayed during our trip through Normandy. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the region.
We stayed at this hotel during a cycle tour of Brittany and Normandy. I have stayed at this Mercure hotel on previous cycling tours because it is centrally located. The other advantage of staying here is that the bicycles can be securely locked away in a basement room in the hotel.
The location is great. Apart from the location it is a regular Mercure hotel.
