The restaurant & bar lounge, "MH"is open Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 19:00 to 22:00; on Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays it is open from 19:00 to 22:00. In the summertime you can enjoy your meals on the lovely terrace. Everything was perfect. Parking covered and secured was great.

The staff was amazingly kind, they are so helpful. They let us leave our luggages after the check-out. The rooms were super authentic and clean. Also, we’ve requested a room with a nice view and a bathtub and they fixed the rooms accorgingly. The location is amazing, just at the center. I would stay there if i went there again. The best!
There are many hotels close to the station and this is a safe bet! Walking distance to the station. Easy. Easy check in and room small but cosy for 1 person. Nice to have a kettle in the room. Mercure is trying to be sustainable and this is a positive step. Nice to have water in the lobby (bring a flask),, coffee and there is even a small gym. Breakfast was good with freshly squeezed orange juice. My TV wasn't working and lady in reception helped immediately and offered a new room. Room was quiet. Will stay again!
It was very easy to collect the keys as we went to the front desk of Mercure Hotel just beside Adagio. There was someone manning the front desk and checked us in.
Very little. It doesn’t look after it’s guests properly. OK - it’s on the mega busy Vin Alsace route. But to be told I could have no food at all in the hotel because I had a business call at 8pm ending at 9pm totally sucked. Then to be told that nowhere in Riquewihr can you eat after 9pm? Starting latest at 8pm? If this is so, the hotel should have some means of feeding it’s guests 9pm or later. Every Mercure, Novotel etc can do this..
Standard ACCOR budget hotel, convenient for the railway station.
Generally good. The "le club" is great for chillout. That you can have soft drinks, coffee and Snacks during the day is great!
Spacious room, quiet location but in walking distance from the center, breakfast is according to the hotel stars. Parking in the garage. The hotel staff was very nice. Alsace is worth for the visit.

Location was quite good, breakfast are excellent; and I had a surprise that one of the waitress is coming from my hometown in China. I used/always to stay in Mercure hotel wherever in China / France or travel outside to brazil. Every Mercure are very good. But other brand under Accor brand are not the same, So choose Mercure, you will find good surprise not the other one!
