Check-in was smooth and efficient. The counter staff were polite and helpful in answering my queries (especially Olivia). The room was spacious for my family of 5 (including three teenagers). The living room and the bedrooms were clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils for a home-cooked meal. There is a bathroom jacuzzi tub for two pax, but we didn't have the chance to enjoy it. They also service the apartment every other day. The washing and dryer machine was a bonus to travel light. Wifi connection was fast and reliable. The location was incredible, and there was complimentary transport pick-up/drop-off service to the various major theme parks (Disney and Universal). The site is also within 10 min drive to the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet.

They loved The kids and played all kinds of games wihh the them! So much to do on property that everyone was pleased! Will be coming back with extended family. It's a new building - all common areas and the rooms have new decent renovation. There was a kitchen in the room, that is extremely convenient. The staff was very friendly. The facility has very comfortable gym and swimming pool. They served very good breakfast. Last but not least - it's a perfect location: 2 min walk to a Starbucks and two good restaurants, 5 min walk to Outlets, 7 min walk to Fun Spot America, and 10 min walk to a large supermarket.
