Check-in was smooth and efficient. The counter staff were polite and helpful in answering my queries (especially Olivia). The room was spacious for my family of 5 (including three teenagers). The living room and the bedrooms were clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils for a home-cooked meal. There is a bathroom jacuzzi tub for two pax, but we didn't have the chance to enjoy it. They also service the apartment every other day. The washing and dryer machine was a bonus to travel light. Wifi connection was fast and reliable. The location was incredible, and there was complimentary transport pick-up/drop-off service to the various major theme parks (Disney and Universal). The site is also within 10 min drive to the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet.

We had a family suite and it was beautiful, clean and spacious. Facilities were amazing - two pools with things for the kids to play with, including a fun slide, table tennis, a fire pit, great gym and loads of activities!

Younger guests can enjoy themselves at the games room. Guests can stop by the Marketplace Express and grab some snacks, drinks and ice cream. Starbucks coffee is offered onsite. We all thought that the hotel was exceptional. The apartment size was excellent, the grounds were beautiful, the staff were all friendly and helpful and the leisure facilities were fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed using the bbq and fire pits.
