Tea and coffee-making facilities and a desk with an ergonomic chair are also provided. I like the location of this hotel in the downtown of Ottawa. The hotel and the room are clean. The staffs at the front desk of the hotel were quite friendly. The check in and check out were quite smoth. The self servided laundry was convenient and helpful.

Ottawa Marriott Hotel is a lovely hotel in a great location close to everything.
The Westin Team were responsive to our needs and were professional throughout our stay. Exceptional team, all are to be congratulated. We were celebratin 2 birthdays and given the wonderful reception and experience we decided to make the Westin part of our bi-annual tradition for get togethers.

My family and I LOVED the LOCATION- only a 5-10 min walk from the Parliament Buildings and a little further to Rideau Centre and Senate! We have come to Ottawa a lot, but never stayed here- we would 100% RECOMMEND! The BREAKFAST at Prova was delicious! One of the best hotel breakfasts I have had in a while! Overall, the room, amenities, and overall staff were amazing, and we would stay at here and Delta hotels again!
The onboarding should be easier, definitely described that one needs to onboard prior to arrival. There is no one there to help if you arrive late, guessing the model without anyone on site might benefit from clear communication that one needs to register prior to arrival.

it is small apartment but is really good distributed , functional, clean, comfortable and great location. i would choose this again.
This new-built Hampton Inn was well designed with the largest standard rooms I have ever seen! Big TV with wide film choice and excellent shower (hot pulsing water helped my stressed back!). Free, secure underground parking a bonus and the location is moments away from the 417 but sound proofing is excellent Breakfast was modest but adequate. Access to the Marriott hotel from floor 2 was helpful for conference delegates but also for an evening meal @ Bistro.
